Before you visit
How appointments work, what to bring, how payment works and what to expect — so your first visit feels like your fifth.
How a visit works
Four simple steps
1 · Book or walk in
Call, WhatsApp, use the website form — or simply arrive during clinic hours. Booked patients are seen with less waiting.
2 · Register once
A short form on your first visit — name, age, contact and basic history. Two minutes, done once.
3 · Consult
An unhurried consultation with Dr. Deepthi — history, examination if needed, and a clear plan you understand.
4 · Tests & follow-up
Any scans or blood tests are arranged on the spot. Follow-up timing is written on your prescription.
Checklist
What to bring
- Previous reports and prescriptions — even old ones. History matters more than people think.
- Current medicines — or a photo of their labels.
- For pregnancy visits — your antenatal card and scan reports.
- For child visits — the vaccination record card.
- A list of questions — write them down beforehand; consultations are for asking.
Your privacy
Consultations are one-to-one and confidential. Your records stay at the clinic and are shared only with you, or with a hospital you're referred to — with your knowledge.
Fees & payment
Straightforward pricing
Consultation fees are told to you up front when you book — no surprises at the desk. Tests and scans are priced separately and always quoted before they're done, so you can decide.
We accept
Receipts are provided for every payment — useful for reimbursement claims through your employer or insurer.
A note on insurance
Outpatient clinic visits are typically paid directly and claimed later under OPD cover, if your policy includes it. For hospital admissions (delivery, surgery), insurance is handled by the hospital where you're admitted — we'll make sure your referral paperwork supports the claim.
Good to know
Clinic policies, in plain words
How long will I wait?
Booked appointments are given priority and usually seen close to their slot. Walk-ins are seen in order of arrival around them. Evenings after 7 PM are the busiest — if you want the quietest visit, come at 5 PM sharp.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — a call or WhatsApp message any time before your slot is all we ask. There's no cancellation charge; the courtesy just lets another patient take the time.
Can someone accompany me into the consultation?
Always. Partner, mother, sister, friend — whoever helps you feel comfortable. For examinations, it's your choice whether they stay in the room.
Do you offer teleconsultation?
Follow-up questions about ongoing treatment can often be handled over a phone call — ask during your visit. First consultations are in person: examinations and scans can't happen over video, and first impressions built on half-information lead to poor medicine.
What if I need care outside clinic hours?
For emergencies, go straight to the casualty of your nearest hospital — or your planned delivery hospital if you're pregnant. The clinic phone is answered during clinic hours; WhatsApp messages sent overnight are read the next working day.
Can I get a copy of my records?
Yes — your prescriptions, reports and scan results are yours. Ask at the desk and copies will be arranged, or photograph them freely.
Everything clear? Let's get you booked.
A minute on the form, or one phone call — whichever you prefer.
